Propagate first input to output.

This node is mostly useful for testing purposes.
It can also be used to force a specific execution
order and to enforce a specific type.

*Input ports*:

        The Item to be propagated
    :item2: <a>

        Item that will not be propagated

    :item: <a>

        Propagated Item
