Create Index Table

Create an index column for table data.

The name of the resulting index column depends on the *name* parameter and
its values are computed depending on the *method* used and the *columns*
selected.

*Input ports*:
    :input: table

        Input table

*Output ports*:
    :output: table

        Output table

*Configuration*:
    **Select index creation method** (method)
        Select method used for index creation.
    **Select columns** (columns)
        Select columns used for building the index.
    **Name of index column** (name)
        Select name for index column.
